Jennie Milton, known as AdrenaJen, keynote speaker and Australian Women's Kitesurfing Champion

Meet Jen

I'm Jen. On water, snow, and stage, you'll find me as AdrenaJen.

At 48, after major spinal surgery, I became the Australian Women's Kitesurfing Champion. I've raced down big mountains, mastered snowkiting, and spent over 20 years guiding through Alaska's backcountry, where the fear never fully leaves. You just get better at moving through it.

I bring those lessons to the stage, shaped by training with Jess Ekstrom, Tony Robbins, and Dean Graziosi, to help people stop letting fear make their decisions and start taking intentional action toward the life they want. One step at a time.

Sound familiar?

You've been waiting to feel ready. Ready keeps running late.

You'll make the change…

  • When life settles down.
  • When you feel more confident.
  • When the fear finally goes away.

Meanwhile the career, the move, the conversation, the dream you keep circling stays on hold. Fear is a normal part of change. Waiting for it to leave is what keeps good people stuck.

So stop waiting. Schedule it.

The Schedule Your Fear method

Four moves. One step at a time.

A practical process for anyone who knows something needs to change. You don't have to feel ready. You have to put it on the calendar.

  1. Schedule Your Fear.

Choose one thing that stretches you and put a date on it. Commit before you have the whole plan.

  2. Forecast It.

Think through what's likely to happen. Do the research, talk to people who've done it, rehearse it. Preparation makes action feel possible.

  3. Do The Thing.

When the day comes, count down 3, 2, 1, Go and take the first step. Then celebrate the win.

  4. Repeat the Process.

Pick the next thing. Each rep grows your tolerance for fear and your courage for bigger challenges.

The scaredy cat with a master's in fear

Jen started out scared. Then she trained her courage like a muscle.

She was the little girl who burst into tears learning to ride a bike. Decades later she's been chased by a polar bear, read avalanche terrain for a living, and taught herself to feel at home at minus twenty. That range is her credential.

  1. Where it started

    The scaredy cat.

An Aussie kid who cried on her first bike ride and ran from anything new.

  2. 20+ years

    The Alaska years.

20+ years guiding backcountry terrain, from blue ice caves to northern lights, with polar bears and avalanches in the forecast.

  3. 2 surgeries

    The comeback.

Two spinal surgeries. A surgeon who said she'd undone his work. A second surgeon who promised to get her back on the water, and did.

  4. Age 48

    Champion at 48.

Australian Women's Kitesurfing Champion, now riding in a helmet and still on the same side of crazy.

Why event planners book Jen

A speaker who has done the scary thing, and shows your people how to do theirs.

  • She's lived the method.

Every step of Schedule Your Fear was tested on real mountains and real water, with real consequences.

  • She leads people through fear.

Two decades as a guide means keeping others safe while they do something that terrifies them. That's leadership under pressure.

  • She's honest about fear.

Jen still gets scared. Audiences trust that, and they leave with a plan they can use the next morning.

What audiences say

They came for the stories. They left ready to move.

Jennie is an inspirational speaker. She does an incredible job of taking the lessons she has learned from her extreme experiences and makes them practical lessons for leaders to use in daily life. One of the largest takeaways I have from listening to her is the importance of finding my own inner courage. She has stories to help with this as well as practical strategies to help me use this courage to pursue the desires I have in my heart. Seeing how she courageously pursued her own passions and turned it into a profitable business, inspires me to do the same. Thank you Jennie!
