I’ve spent a lifetime chasing adrenaline, competing at the highest levels in extreme sports like kitesurfing, snowkiting, and big mountain skiing, and every challenge has taught me invaluable lessons about resilience, courage, and facing fear head-on.Becoming a champion wasn’t easy—I've faced my deepest fears, overcome serious injuries, and learned to navigate life’s storms with grit and determination. At 48, I became the Australian Women’s Kitesurfing Champion after major spinal surgery, proving that it’s never too late to reach for the top and that age is just a number when you’re determined to succeed.

As a professional coach and speaker, I take the strategies extreme athletes use to win—mastering mindset, building resilience, and adapting under pressure—and apply them to help others find their own edge in business and life. Working with women leaders, entrepreneurs, and teams, I empower individuals to climb their own mountains, knowing that the courage to face fear is the key to unlocking potential.
